Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – ISP TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Our company is an ISP and Telecommunications service provider headquartered in Joliet, IL, and we are looking for a technically competent customer service representative. This position is the primary interface between our customers, potential customers, and our company and must be able represent our company well. Responsibilities include handling customer questions, resolving customer billing inquiries, assisting the customer with solving basic technical issues, answering basic sales questions, and data entry. This position requires a motivated, personable, and outgoing individual with impeccable business professionalism. Prior customer service experience is necessary, and experience in the ISP/Telecom field is preferred. Basic computer skills are necessary, such as the ability to use the web and knowledge of basic networking functions (IP addresses, Pings, etc...).
